Budget 1. Budget Amendment Recommendation: Board adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2011-2012 Budget. Fund 001 General Fund revenues will need to be amended to reflect the reallocation of funding for Workers Compensation Overhead to Fund 505 - Workers Compensation. Expenditures will need to be amended to reflect the reduction in Workers Compensation Overhead Purchasing 2. Grease Pro Contract Award Recommendation: Board award and authorize the Chairman to execute a one-year contract (with two one-year renewal options) with Grease Pro, Inc. for vehicle preventative maintenance. Staff requests that the Chairman enter into a contract with Grease Pro Inc. for vehicle preventative maintenance services without modification to the original terms, conditions or pricing of the Panama City contract, solicitation number PC 12-108. Contracts shared with other governmental agencies are considered to be competitively bid and are in accordance with the Board of County Commissioner's purchasing policies and Bay County Ordinance number 07-52, Section 7, paragraph c. Public Works 3. Closure of the Main Street Railroad Crossing Recommendation: Board: 1) Approve the stipulation of parties for the closure of the East Main Street (Fountain) railroad crossing; and, 2) Authorize the Chairman to sign the agreement. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) has a statewide program to close unnecessary railroad crossings and upgrade the safety of crossings where possible. FDOT is proposing the closure of the East Main Street (Fountain) Railroad Crossing and the improvement of the Third Street railroad crossing with crossing signals, gates, surface panels and paved approaches Clerk's Reports 4. Code Enforcement 3911 Dolphin Drive Clean & Lien Recommendation: Board direct staff to have the derelict vehicle, trash, garbage and debris removed from the property and cut-overgrown grass and weeds, and impose a lien on the property for the costs of cleaning property. County Manager Gulf Coast Workforce Board Resolution Recommendation: Board authorize Chairman to sign resolution supporting "Regional Workforce Board Local Control and Alternative Proposals for Transparency and Accountability.
PUBLIC HEARINGS Planning Amendment to LDR's - 2nd Reading Recommendation: Board to conduct a second legislative public hearing to consider a proposal to amend Sections 108 (Existing/Non-conforming Uses), 1305 (Fences, Hedges and Walls), 1702 (Development Order Required), 1711 (Permits from Other Agencies), 1803 (Development Review Procedures), 1911 (Tree Protection), 2302 (Land Clearing), 2303 (Adequate Grading), and 3005 (General Sign Standards) of the Land Development Regulations.
