Water Service Agreements - Arizona Chemical and RockTenn Recommendation: Board authorize the Chairman to execute the Water Service Agreements with Arizona Chemical Company and RockTenn, LLC. Since January 2007, the Board has had Water Service Agreements with Arizona Chemical and RockTenn (formerly Smurfit/Stone Container Corporation). The agreements expired on September 30, 2011. Staff and the Companies have drafted a new contract that provides for a term of 5 years with annual increases in the raw water charge. Planning & Zoning 3. TDC 5. Contract Award - Beaches Grooming & Trash Pick-up Recommendation: Board approve the attached Beaches Grooming and Trash Pickup Agreement (Bid No. 11-50) with Coastal Parasail, Inc. After the first year of the agreement, the contract allows for the price of the services rendered during the life of the agreement to escalate at an amount equal to the National Consumer Price Index (CPI), as calculated by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics.
