Water Service Agreements - Arizona Chemical and RockTenn Recommendation: Board authorize the Chairman to execute the Water Service Agreements with Arizona Chemical Company and RockTenn, LLC. Since January 2007, the Board has had Water Service Agreements with Arizona Chemical and RockTenn (formerly Smurfit/Stone Container Corporation). The agreements expired on September 30, 2011.
