Parks and Recreation Work Squad Contract Award Recommendation: Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a one year contract, subject to a one year renewal with the Florida Department of Corrections (FDOC) to provide one inmate work squad, with a correctional officer, to be utilized for general labor in the Parks & Recreation Department.
FY 2012 CVB & MBCDC Contract Recommendation: Board approve the FY 2011-12 CVB Budget and Program of Work, the FY 2011-12 MBCDC Budget and Program of Work, and to authorize the chairman to execute the FY 2011-12 Agreements for Marketing & Promotional Services on behalf of the Board.
Ordinance Repealing Code Provisions Regarding Possession & Discharge of Firearms at Porter Bridge Recommendation: Board adopt the proposed Ordinance repealing Sec. 15-26, Possession, discharge of firearms in Porter Bridge, of the Bay County Code.
Text Amendment to the LDR's - JLUS Recommendation: Board conduct a quasi-judicial public hearing pursuant to Section 307 of the Land Development Regulations and consider a proposal to amend the text and maps of the Bay County Land Development Regulations (Special Treatment Zones Chapter 10) to adopt compatibility review criteria, a Military Influence Overlay District, and other regulations recommended from the Bay County Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSAPC) Joint Land Use Study.
