Ad Valorem Tax Exemptions – ITT & St. Joe Company Recommendation: Board conduct a public hearing to consider adopting an ordinance granting an ad valorem tax exemption to ITT Corporation for associated tangible personal property, as an expanding business and The St. Joe Company for its real property and improvements thereon and amending in part Ordinance 07-25 rescinding the ad valorem tax exemption for Bluewater Property, LLC.
COPCN Procedures Ordinance Recommendation: Board consider public input and adopt attached ordinance establishing the procedures for review of applications for Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity.
Bay County Naval Support Activity JLUS Recommendation: Board to conduct a public hearing to consider the transmittal of a proposal to amend the text and maps of the Comprehensive Plan (Chapter 3) to adopt language creating compatibility review criteria in the Military Influence Overlay District, and other regulations recommended in the Bay County Naval Support Activity-Panama City (NSAPC) Joint Land Use Study.
