Bay Line Railroad has signed the Stipulation and FDOT has requested the County sign the Stipulation to document that all parties agreed to the removal of the crossing.
Reject Bids for FY11 Resurfacing & Localized Repairs of Various Roadways Recommendation: Board: Reject the bids for FY11 Resurfacing and Localized Repair unit price contract. The bids received on the unit prices for the most commonly used pay items, such as full depth patching, are too high to make the low bid useful.
Design EOC Warehouse Presentations Recommendation: Board to receive presentations from architectural firms to provide for the design of the Bay County EOC warehouse, short-list to three firms utilizing a weighted evaluation score sheet and direct staff to begin negotiations with the top-ranked firm.
