Beach Nourishment Resolution for State Funding Request FY12-13 Recommendation: Board adopt and execute the beach nourishment project state grant resolution for FY 2012/2013. The resolution is an update of Resolution 2996 adopted by the Board for FY 2011/2012 and is a required component of the state grant request for funding assistance with beach nourishment activities planned for FY 2012/2013. Project Partnership Agreement for Beach Nourishment Recommendation: Board approve and execute the Project Partnership Agreement with the Department of the Army for construction of the Beach Erosion Control and Storm Damage Reduction Project, Panama City Beaches, Bay County, Florida, Carillon Beach and Pinnacle Port. The Third Cent Tax Trust Fund (Account 0291-5606501) will fund the local share of the project. Public Parking and Access for Beach Nourishment Recommendation: Board approve and execute the public beach access easements across lands within the Pinnacle Port and Carillon Beach communities. The Pinnacle Port/Carillon Beach communities must have reasonable public access and parking in order to be eligible for construction as a federal project.
2nd Reading Revised Cell Tower Regulations Recommendation: Board to conduct a second public hearing to consider a proposal to amend Section 2710 of the Land Development Regulations addressing new standards for wireless communication facilities (cell towers).
