Reimbursement Resolution for West End Fire Station Recommendation: Board adopt the attached resolution for reimbursement for capital expenditures related to budgeted costs for the West End Fire station. Adoption of the resolution does not obligate the Board to acquire financing; instead, it preserves the Board’s rights in the event tax-exempt financing is pursued.
7. Florida Forever Grant – West Bay Sector Plan Recommendation: Board to authorize Muller and Associates to prepare and file a Florida Forever grant application for certain lands located within the West Bay Sector Plan. This initial step is necessary to pursue any state or federal acquisition options and the cost of this application process will be paid by St. Joe.
8. Reconstitute Code Enforcement Board Recommendation: Board to conduct hearing and vote to select three members of the Code Enforcement Board. A board member for District 2 and two at large board members, Seat 6 expiring December 31, 2012 and Seat 7 expiring December 31, 2014, need to be appointed to fully reconstitute the board.
