Budget Amendment Recommendation: Board adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2010-2011 Budget. 2. Reimbursement Resolution for Land Purchase – Potential Wastewater Plant Recommendation: Board adopt the attached resolution for reimbursement for capital expenditures related to budgeted costs for a Wastewater Plant along the Hwy 231 corridor. BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS February 15, 2011 Public Works 3. Blue Springs Submerged Lands Easement Recommendation: Board: 1) Accept of the Blue Springs Road Submerged Lands Easement; and, 2) Authorize the Chairman to execute the legal instrument. 4. Roads & Bridges Facility & Vehicle Maintenance Addition Award Recommendation: Board: 1) Award the proposal to Shumaker, Inc./CDE Consultants in the amount of $995,000.00, for the Design and Construction of the Roads & Bridges Facility & Vehicle Maintenance Addition; and, 2) Authorize contingency and testing funds in the amount of $ 50,000 (5%). Clerk of Circuit Court 5. Revenues & Expenditures, Tax Certificate Refunds/Cancellations Recommendation: Board acknowledge receipt of reports.
8. Amend Bay County Code for Code Enforcement Board Recommendation: Board to conduct public hearing and adopt amendments to Chapter 7 of the Bay County Code regarding the code enforcement board. 9. Amend Bay County Code for Construction Industry Advisory Board Recommendation: Board to conduct public hearing and adopt amendments to Chapter 6 of the Bay County Code regarding the construction industry licensing board and construction industry advisory committee.
RECESS CONVENE AS UTILITY REGULATORY AUTHORITY Authorization to Begin Collection Recommendation: Board authorize Authority Staff Attorney to file suit to begin collection of overdue regulatory assessment fees, interest and penalties from Bayside Utility Services, Inc. ($100,683.88) and Sandy Creek Utility Services, Inc. ($67,608.01).
