County Attorney 1. Cherry Street Exchange Recommendation: Board approve the Agreement for Exchange of Real Property and Emergency Procedures and authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement. Amend Resolution for ARINC QTI Tax Refund Match Recommendation: Board accept and confirm the recommendation to appoint John Ed McDanal, Ashley Vannoy and Lynn Funchess to the Gulf Coast Workforce Board for a three-year term beginning January 1, 2011. Construction Industry Advisory Committee Recommendation: Board 1) review the name and materials submitted for one vacant seat, (Seat 6) on the Construction Industry Advisory Committee, to serve a four year term and 2) reappoint Darren Midyette to Seat 2 and Charlie Allon to Seat 4, to serve an additional four year term.
Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Recommendation: Board 1) review the names and materials submitted for one vacant seat, (Seat 1) on the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee, to serve a four year term and 2) reappoint Melissa Ingle to Seat 2, Bill Holland to Seat 4, Cornel Brock to Seat 6, Wesley Blewett to Seat 8 and Chris Cramer to Seat 10, to serve an additional four year term.
ITS Joint Project Agreement with FDOT Recommendation: Board: 1) Enter into a Joint Project Agreement (JPA) with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for the expansion of the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS); and, 2) Authorize the Chairman to sign the agreement and resolution.
Delegation of Extension Authority to County Manager Recommendation: Board to conduct public hearing and adopt amendments to Chapter 2 of the Bay County Code, the Procurement Code to allow the County Manager to extend the term of certain contracts.
2nd Reading LDR Amendment – Ch. 16 ROW Typical Sections Recommendation: Board to conduct a second public hearing to consider an amendment to the Land Development Regulations Chapter 16 (West Bay Area and Sector Plan Zones) to incorporate Section 1612, “Right of Way Typical Sections,” to include guidelines for roadways for each land use category to ensure compatibility and provide for bicycle and pedestrian circulation.
