I. CONSENT AGENDA Budget 1. BAN Deadline Recommendation: Board approve Bond Resolution to extend the deadline for converting the North Bay Water/Wastewater Bond Anticipatory Notes to May 1, 2011. Purchasing 2. Zinc Orthophosphate Contract Recommendation: Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a one-year contract (with three one-year renewal options) with Shannon Chemical Corporation to supply Zinc Orthophosphate used for corrosion control in the treatment of potable water. Public Works 3. Goose Bayou Basin Storm Water Master Plan Recommendation: Board: 1) Approve the Camp, Dresser & McKee, Inc. (CDM) task order to join the Panama City Storm Water Master Plan for the county portion of the Goose Bayou Basin in an amount not to exceed $70,000; and, 2) Authorize the Chairman to sign the Task Order. Utility Services 4. Wastewater Diving Services Recommendation: Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a one-year contract (with two additional one-year renewals) with HT Marine Services, Inc. for Wastewater Diving Services. Joint Resolution for Regional Recovery Recommendation: Board consider and adopt the attached joint resolution supporting a regional approach to recovery for the Northwest Florida Counties impacted by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.

Sand Hills Plan Amendment LPA 10-01A Recommendation: Board to conduct a public hearing to consider a proposal to amend the text and maps of the Bay County Comprehensive Plan to increase the density of the Sand Hills Rural Community with availability of water and sewer in the Sand Hills Rural Community and decide whether to adopt, adopt with changes, or not adopt the large scale comprehensive plan amendment, Application LPA 10-01A.
