Contract & COPCN for Lifeguard Ambulance Service Recommendation: Board to approve contract and issue a certificate of public convenience and necessity for Lifeguard Ambulance Service of Florida, LLC d/b/a Lifeguard Ambulance Service-Bay County, for Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) within Bay County. This approval did not include emergency 9-1-1 service.
Contract with Florida Probation Services Recommendation: Board to approve contract with Florida Probation Service, LLC to provide misdemeanor probation services to the County Court of the 14th Judicial Circuit Court in Bay County.
Gulf Coast Triathlon/lronman Florida Route Authorization Recommendation: Board to authorize the use of County road rights-of-way on Saturday, May 12, 2012 for the 30th Annual Gulf Coast Triathlon and on November 3, 2012, for the 14th Annual Ironman Florida Triathlon. These races generate demand for Panama City Beach as a tourist destination outside of the peak tourist season, and are important to the TDC's sports marketing program.
