Wildwood Road Sidewalk Project Recommendation: Board to rank firms based on submittals received to the advertised RFQ for Wildwood Road Sidewalk Project and authorize staff to negotiate a contract with the top ranked firm. If staff is unable to negotiate an agreeable contract with the top ranked firm then staff will initiate negotiations with the second ranked firm.
Vacating Certain Alleyways in the Highland City Plat Recommendation: Board: 1) Conduct the public hearing to consider the reguest of Carl Fondren, of Hiland Park Baptist Church, to vacate portions of platted alleyways within the Highland City Plat; and, 2) If approved, authorize the Chairman to execute the necessary documents.
