Wildwood Road Sidewalk Project Recommendation: Board to rank firms based on submittals received to the advertised RFQ for Wildwood Road Sidewalk Project and authorize staff to negotiate a contract with the top ranked firm. If staff is unable to negotiate an agreeable contract with the top ranked firm then staff will initiate negotiations with the second ranked firm.
Vacating Certain Alleyways in the Highland City Plat Recommendation: Board: 1) Conduct the public hearing to consider the reguest of Carl Fondren, of Hiland Park Baptist Church, to vacate portions of platted alleyways within the Highland City Plat; and, 2) If approved, authorize the Chairman to execute the necessary documents.

Transmittal of LPA to DEO - N Side of Lloyd Lane Recommendation: Board to conduct a public hearing to consider the transmittal of a proposed large-scale Comprehensive Plan map amendment to the Department of Economic Opportunity for analysis, Application No. LPA 12-02, located in the Sand Hills area, on the north side of Lloyd Lane about 2,000 feet northwest of Prosper Drive.
