Airport Authority Board Appointment Recommendation: Board review the names and materials submitted for a seat on Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport Board, and approve appointment of one individual for a four-year term expiring June 30, 2016. Three (3) applicants have submitted letters of interest/resumes: R. Waylon Thompson, William Russ Mathis, and Tony Stalnaker.
Beach Services Vendor Ordinance Recommendation: Board to conduct a public hearing, consider and approve the proposed ordinance amending Bay County Code Article IV, Section 5-82 Definitions and 5-88 Beach solicitation; sales and rentals.
Beach Tent Ordinance Recommendation: Board to conduct a public hearing, consider and approve the proposed ordinance adopting Article VI, Obstructions on the Beach and Beach Access Areas Prohibited, in Chapter 5, Boats, Beaches and Water Safety, of the Bay County Code.
