Courthouse Addition Financing Recommendation: Board to approve 1) bank loan resolutions with Compass Bank financing the Courthouse Addition Project, 2) lock interest rate as appropriate, and 3) schedule closing. At the November 6, 2012 regular Board meeting, the commissioners approved staff moving forward with finalizing plans to secure financing with Compass Bank (option 2) for the new Courthouse addition design and construction.
332 Placido Place Clean & Lien Recommendation: Board direct staff to have the household trash and garbage, overgrowth and yard debris removed from the property, and impose a lien on the property for the costs of cleaning property

The property is located on the south side of County Road 388, between the Intracoastal Waterway on the west and Crooked Creek to the east, in the West Bay area.
