Amendment to County Attorney Ordinance Recommendation: Board to conduct a public hearing and amend the code to authorize the County Attorney to contract for legal services within established spending limits. To expedite the County Attorney's ability to obtain specialized legal services, the Code should be amended to delegate to the County Attorney the authority to contract for legal services within established spending
Amendment to Scooter Ordinance Recom mendation: Board to conduct a public hearing, consider and approve proposed amendments to Chapter 24, Traffic, Article III, Motorcycle, Motor Scooter and Moped Rentals, Section 24-94, Cross-Collateralization prohibited. The proposed amendments would limit collateralization to $100.00 of value, delete the prohibition on vehicle titles, which presumably would be worth more than $100.00, and prohibit multiple patrons from covering the damage to another's rental
