Procurement Code Ordinance Update Recommendation; Board adopt an ordinance amending the Bay County Procurement Code and authorize the County Manager to administratively adopt the 2013 Procurement Manual. The ordinance authorizes design build and construction management at risk procurements, it sets forth the general considerations for determining if a design build procurement is in the County's best interest and it revises the current approval authority limits.
L. RECESS AS BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS M. RECONVENE AS UTILITY REGULATORY AUTHORITY 11. Order to Extend Time to File Annual Return Recommendation: Board conduct a meeting of the Utility Regulatory Authority and consider an issuance of an order on a joint motion to abate proceedings. The closing of the sale of the utilities occurred in February 2012. This final annual report would cover the time period for calendar year 2012 to the date of sale. N.
