Motor Grader Purchase Recommendation: Board approve and authorize staff to purchase two Caterpillar 12M2 Motor Grader under the State Term Contract #760-000-10-1 at a total cost of $113,500.00 (439,500 less $326,000for trade-in allowances).
Courthouse CM Selection Recommendation: Board: 1) Receive Presentations from the short listed firms and select the top rank and second ranked firms; and, 2) Direct staff to award a pre-construction services contract and negotiate a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) with the first ranked firm; and, 3) Authorize staff to negotiate with the second ranked firm if an acceptable agreement cannot be reached with the first rankedfirm

West & Susan Avenues PPP Initial Public Hearing Recommendation: Board: 1) Conduct the public hearing and receive public comments; and, 2) Approve the Participating Paving Project for West Avenue and Susan Avenue
