TDC Beach Nourishment Resolution for State Funding Request Recommendation: Board adopt and execute the beach nourishment project state grant resolution for FY 2014/2015.

TDC Task Order 4 for Miscellaneous Coastal Engineering Services Recommendation: Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Task Order 4 with Preble-Rish, Inc. for miscellaneous coastal engineering hourly services as requested, up to $40,000 per fiscal year through 2015/2016. This project will be paid from the Third Cent Tax Trust Fund (Account 0291-5303104). 10. TDC Task Order 5 for Miscellaneous Coastal Engineering Services Recommendation: Board approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Task Order 5 with Coastal Planning & Engineering, Inc. for miscellaneous coastal engineering hourly services as requested, up to $40,000 per fiscal year through 2015/2016. ZC PZ 13-009 Prosper Dr & Lloyd Ln Recommendation: Board conduct a quasi-judicial public hearing pursuant to Section 307 of the Land Development Regulations and take action on a proposed zone change, Application No. PZ 13-009. The property is located in the Sand Hills area, on the north side of Lloyd Lane about 2,000 feet northwest of Prosper Drive.
