Crooked Creek Boat Ramp Recommendation: Board: 1) Award the base bid for the Crooked Creek Boat Ramp construction project to Inland Construction and Equipment, Inc. in the amount of $ 377,468.50; and; 2) Authorize contingency and testing funds in the amount of $ 37,750.00 (10%). 7. Cedar Grove Commerce Park Easement Exchange Recommendation: Board: 1) Approve the exchange of easements and deeds to facilitate the relocation of a platted drainage easement within the Cedar Grove Commerce Park; and, 2) Authorize the Chairman to execute the legal documents; and, 3) Authorize staff to record the easements and deeds with the Clerk of Court. TDC CVB & Mexico Beach CDC Contract Recommendation: That the Board approve the FY 2013-14 CVB Budget and Program of Work, the FY 2013-14 MBCDC Budget and Program of Work, and authorize the chairman to execute on behalf of the Board both FY 2013-14 Agreements for Marketing & Promotional Services (exhibits 1 & 2) which incorporate the respective Budgets and Programs of Work.
Utilities Unpaid Retail Water & Sewer Accounts Resolution Recommendation: Board to authorize Chairman to sign Resolution delegating the ability to write off overdue retail water and sewer balances that are 120 days or more overdue in an amount not to exceed $2500 per account to the Utility Services Director.
