FY13 Annual Resurfacing Phase 1- Local Roads Recommendation: Board: 1) Award the Base Bid for the FY13 Annual Resurfacing Phase 1 -Local Roads project to Roberts and Roberts, Inc. in the amount of $ 1,044,620.50; and, 2) Authorize contingency and testing funds in the amount of $ 62,700.00 (6%).
