Consent Agenda Items 1 - 4 Budget I. Budget Amendment Kings Point Dredging Recommendation: Requesting that the Board adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013¬2014 Budget County Manager 2. Paratransit Ratification Agreement Recommendation: Request is to ratify the agreements between Bay County and Pensacola Bay Transportation Company, LLC to operate/subcontract Pa rat ransit/N on-Emergency Medical Transportation Services. The agreements are for the period of January 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014. Emergency Services 3. Hazard Mitigation Grant for DR-4084 CR 2300 Drainage Recommendation: Request that the Board authorize the Chairman to execute the attached funding agreement (Exhibit 1) for a mitigation retrofit of the CR 2300 Box Culvert, Phase I, Design. Approval of this agenda item will also authorize the Chairman to execute any other related necessary paperwork to accept funds related to future agreements, time extensions, contract modifications, and/or other documents necessary for the administration or reimbursement under (DR-4084). Appointments to Bay Medical Center Board of Trustees Recommendation: Board to consider the nominations for vacancies on the Bay Medical Center Board of Trustees.
PCB Entertainment Lease Recommendation: Board to review and approve a lease with PCB Entertainment LLC for use of the beach and parking lot at the MB Miller Pier for The Gulf Coast Jam on August 28 - September 1,2014.
RESTORE Act Requirements Recommendation: Board to adopt resolution establishing the Bay County RESTORE Act Advisory Committee.
Local Preference Ordinance Recommendation: Board direction on a Local Preference Ordinance. If directed to implement a Local Preference Ordinance, authorize staff to conduct a public hearing.
AWT Status Update Recommendation: The Board, as Operator of the Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility, will receive a status update on the system and relevant regulatory requirements.
Alternate Water Supply Contract Recommendation: Staff recommends that the BOCC approve the guaranteed maximum price of $23,425,000.00 for the Alternate Water Supply contract and continue with Phase II.
