Consent Agenda Items 1 - 4 Emergency Services 1. EMS Bad Debt Policy Recommendation: Board to approve revisions to the EMS delinquent account policy and also establish a minimum write off balance for the current patient accounts receivable vendor (Intermedix). 2. EMS Mutual Aid Agreement Recommendation: Board to authorize the Chairman to sign the attached mutual aid agreements with Tyndall Air Force Base and the Calhoun Liberty Hospital Association related to the provision of emergency medical services. 3. EMS Linens Recommendation: Board to approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a two (2) year contract, subject to an additional two-year renewal with Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. to provide rental and cleaning of linens to the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Division. Award Delinquent Tax Roll Advertisement Recommendation: Board award contract for advertising services for real and personal property with delinquent taxes as required by Florida Statute 197.402(1).
Motor Grader Purchase Recommendation: Board to approve and authorize staff to purchase three Caterpillar 12M2 Motor Grader under the State Term Contract #760-000-10-1 at a total cost of $335,920.00 ($661,920 less $326,000 for trade-in allowances).
