Budget 1. Budget Amendment Recommendation: Requesting that the Board adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 Budget. 2. Special Law Enforcement Trust Fund Recommendation: Board approve Sheriff's request for expenditure of monies from the Special Law Enforcement Trust Fund. 3. Sun Trust Loan Amendment Recommendation: Request that the Board adopt a resolution amending the present SunTrust loan agreement for the Retail Water/Wastewater bank loan. County Attorney 4. Conveyance of Drainage Easement to FDOT for Hwy. 390 Road Improvements Recommendation: Board to review and approve the Resolution and authorize the Chairman to sign the Quitclaim Deed to the State of Florida Department of Transportation conveying the County's interest in small drainage easement adjacent to Hwy 390 for road improvement purposes. (District I) 5. Modification of Railroad Right of Way Easement Agreement Recommendation: Board to review and approve the attached letter agreement between Bay County, Florida and Omega Rail Management, Inc., for The Bay Line Railroad, LLC, increasing the fees for the County's use of the railroad right of way. Public Works 6. Fanning Bayou Phase 1 Plat Approval Recommendation: Board; 1) Board approve the final plat of the Fanning Bayou Phase I Subdivision, and; 2) Authorize the Clerk to record the Development Performance Bonds. County Attorney 8. Glenwood Community Recommendation: Board to adopt a resolution identifying the boundaries of the Glenwood Subdivision.

LPA14-01 West Side of SR77, SW of Mill Creek Drive Recommendation: Board to conduct a public hearing to consider the transmittal of a proposed large-scale Comprehensive Plan map amendment to the Department of Economic Opportunity for analysis, Application No. LPA 14-01. Located on the west side of SR 77 just southwest of the intersection of Mill Creek Drive and SR 77. (District IV)
Utility Services 10. Retail Rate Consolidation & Restructure Recommendation: Board conduct a final public hearing to consolidation and restructure Bay County retail water and sewer rates, adopt new retail water and sewer rates per the GAI Consultants 2014 rate study.
