County Manager Paratransit Contract Modification Recommendation: The Board to authorize staff to negotiate and Chairman to sign an Amendment to The Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged and with Pensacola Bay Transportation Company, LLC and the Paratransit I Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Services Operator based upon changes to funding.
Planned Unit Development PZ13-140 Recommendation: Board to conduct a public hearing on a proposal for a Planned Unit Development, and decide whether to approve, approve with changes, or not approve the Planned Unit Development, Application No. PZ 13-140. The 40+/- acre site is located on the eastern edge of Lake Powell, along Highway 98, north of the Pinnacle Port and Carillon Beach developments, in Unincorporated Panama City Beach (District V).
