CDBG Funding Agreement Closeout Recommendation: Request that the Board authorize the Chairman to execute the attached CDBG closeout of the funding agreement between the Board and the Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO). 3. Flood Mitigation Grant Assistance Recommendation: Request that the Board authorize the Chairman to execute the attached Federal funding agreement between the Board and the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM). Biggest Loser 1h Marathon Route Authorization Recommendation: For the Board to request for the Florida Department of Transportation to close the eastbound lane of Front Beach Road from the City Limits of Panama City Beach to the Ramsgate Condominiums on the morning of December 28, 2014 for the 3rd Annual Biggest Loser Run/Walk Y2 Marathon. Transit Grant Recommendation: Staff recommends: Allow the Chairman to authorize to enter into and execute the grant application and/or documents as the funding is released from (CTDFL) Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged. Amendment to Animal Control Ordinance Recommendation: Board to conduct public hearing and adopt ordinance amending Chapter 4 of the Bay County Code regarding "Animals."
TDC Plan Ordinance Recommendation: That the Board conduct a public hearing to consider adopting the attached ordinance approving the FY 2015 and FY 2016 Bay County Tourist Development Plan.
