Baldwin Road Widening Project Phase III Change Order Recommendation: Board: 1) Approve a change order to Roberts & Roberts Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $837,258.38 for the design, permitting and construction of Baldwin Road improvements from Minnesota Avenue to Kirkwell Avenue; and 2) Authorize contingency and testing funds in the amount of $50,000 (6%).
