Budget Office 1. Budget Amendment Recommendation: Requesting that the Board adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Budget. 2. Special Law Enforcement Trust Fund Recommendation: Board approve Sheriff’s request for expenditure of monies from the Special Law Enforcement Trust Fund. County Attorney 3. Shared Drainage Right of Way Agreement Recommendation: Board to authorize the Chairman to execute an Acknowledgment consenting to the Shared Drainage Right of Way Agreement between the owners abutting Pilcher Island Drive in the Woodmere subdivision. County Manager 4. Commissioner Appointments Recommendation: Board to approve appointments of Commissioners to various committees through 2014-2015. 5. Various Board Reappointments Recommendation: Board review and approve the reappointments of various Boards for Chairman Tunnell and Commissioner Gainer. Emergency Services 6. EMS Grant Recommendation: Board approve the attached Resolution and Authorize the Chairman to Sign documents necessary to accept a grant of $29,407 to enhance emergency medical services. Purchasing 7. Amendment to EMS Medical Supplies Recommendation: Board to consider and approve the First Amendment to the previously approved Contract between Bay County and Bound Tree Medical, LLC. Ashland Road Drainage Easement Recommendation: Board: 1) Accept the drainage easements on Ashland Road; and, 2) Authorize the Chairman to execute the legal documents; and, 3) Authorize the Clerk of Court to record the drainage easements. 9. FDOT Request to Rename a Portion of U.S. 231 Recommendation: Board: 1) Adopt a resolution to rename a portion of U.S. 231 in Bay County to “Allan Bense Highway.” (Districts I - IV) 10. Spring Avenue Area Road Resurfacing Contract Award Recommendation: Board: 1) Award the Spring Avenue Area Road Resurfacing contract to C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $282,883.00 and, 2) Authorize contingency and testing funds in the amount of $ 28,000.00 (10%). (District III) Clerk’s Report 11. Inventory Deletions, Revenues and Expenditures, Tax Certificate Refunds/Cancellations Recommendation: Board to acknowledge receipt of reports.
North Bay Booster Pump Station Recommendation: Staff recommends that the BOCC approve the guaranteed maximum price of $1,920,000.00 for the North Bay Booster Pump Station contract and continue with Phase II.
Amendment to Off-Premises Sign Standards – 2nd Reading Recommendation: Board to conduct a second legislative public hearing to consider a proposal to amend Section 3006, Off-Premises Sign Standards, of the Land Development Regulations. (District V)
