ZC PZ14-115 Hwy 231 (Fountain) Recommendation: Board to conduct a quasi-judicial public hearing pursuant to Section 307 of the Land Development Regulations and take action on a proposed zone change, Application No. PZ 14-115. The 4.91+/- acre site is located on the west side of Highway 231, about 1,500 feet north of Burke Road. Unincorporated Fountain Community area (District IV).
