Budget Office 1. Budget Amendment Recommendation: Requesting that the Board adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Budget. 2. Special Law Enforcement Trust Fund Recommendation: Board approve Sheriff’s request for expenditure of monies from the Special Law Enforcement Trust Fund. County Attorney 3. Amended Business Associate Agreements Recommendation: Board to authorize Chairman to sign amended Business Associate Agreements with the Clerk of Court, Credit Business Services, Inc., and Thomas Health Law Group in order to comply with the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (FIPA). 4. Lease with Nimashk Properties, LLC for Warehouse Storage Recommendation: Board to approve the lease with Nimashk Properties, LLC for storage in its warehouse for use by the State Attorney’s Office and authorize the Chairman to sign the lease. Purchasing 5. WTE Quicklime Contract Recommendation: Board to approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a one (1) year contract subject to three additional one-year renewals with Cheney Lime & Cement Co. to provide Quicklime to the Waste-to-Energy (WTE) Facility. Located on both sides of Highway 98, adjacent to and west of the incorporated city limits of the City of Mexico Beach and east of the Tyndall Air Force Base property. (District II) ZC PZ14-112 located adjacent to Mexico Beach and Tyndall AFB Recommendation: Board conduct a quasi-judicial public hearing pursuant to Section 307 of the Land Development Regulations and take action on a proposed zone change, Application No. PZ 14-112. The property is located on both sides of Highway 98, adjacent to and west of the incorporated city limits of the City of Mexico Beach and east of the Tyndall Air Force Base (District II)
