H. CONSENT AGENDA Budget Office 1. Special Law Enforcement Trust Fund Recommendation: Board approve Sheriff’s request for expenditure of monies from the Special Law Enforcement Trust Fund. County Attorney 2. Kimbrough Access Abandonment Agreement Recommendation: Board: 1) Authorize the chairman to sign the access abandonment agreement from Randy Dale Kimbrough (District I) Emergency Services 3. Hazmat Equipment and Fire Services Training Agreement Modification Recommendation: Board to ratify the Chairman’s signature on The Department of Homeland Security Agreement 15-DS-P4-01-13-01-384 Modification. The Modification was signed March 13, 2015 due to time constraints. The Modification provides funding for HazMat team participation in The South Florida Exercise.
