1. 2015 Budget Amendment Recommendation: Requesting that the Board adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Budget. County Attorney 2. Disclosure Counsel Contract Recommendation: Board to approve contract with Nevin J. Zimmerman and Burke, Blue, Hutchinson, Walters & Smith, P.A. to act as Disclosure Counsel for the Water and Sewer Refunding Revenue Bonds Series 2015. Purchasing 3. Access Control Systems Recommendation: Board approve the additional control systems at the Transit Bay Town Trolley Operations and Maintenance Complex and authorize the Chairman to sign Amendment #1 for Contract 15-08 Access Control Systems with GSC Services, Inc. Risk Management 4. Bond Release and Assignment Recommendation: Staff requests that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman to sign a Release and Assignment agreement in connection with a claim under Bond Policy No. 049-LB- 105847136. Tourist Development Council 5. 2015 Sea Turtle Monitoring Contract Recommendation: It is recommended by the Bay County TDC that the Board of County Commissioners approve and execute the contract with RMA for the 2015 sea turtle monitoring on the Panama City Beaches. This project will be paid from the Third Cent Tax Trust Fund (Account 0292-5303478). Transit 6. Transit Interlocal Agreement Recommendations: Requesting that the Board approve and allow the Chairman to sign the updated Interlocal Agreement for the Formation/Continuation of a Metropolitan Planning Organization. Clerk’s Report 7. Revenues and Expenditures, Inventory Deletions, and Tax Certificate Refunds and/or Cancellations Recommendation: Board to acknowledge receipt of reports.

Wells Fargo Property Donation Agreement Recommendation: Board to ratify the Donation Agreement with Wells Fargo Financial Services, who is donating one unit of a duplex located at 6402 Chipewa Street in Callaway with the County receiving a $10,000 seller concession at closing.
Amendment Regarding the Use of Parks and Recreational Facilities Recommendation: Board to conduct a public hearing, consider and approve proposed amendments to Chapter 18, Parks and Recreation, prohibiting anchoring watercraft on public boat ramps and prohibiting commercial uses of County recreational areas.
Driver Education Civil Traffic Surcharge ($5.00) Ordinance Recommendation: Board to conduct a public hearing, consider and approve a proposed amendment to Chapter 24, Traffic, Article I, by creating a section entitled Funds for Driver Education in Public and Non-Public Schools, Section 24-3 directing the Clerk of the Circuit Court to collect an additional five (5) dollars with each civil traffic penalty assessed in the County pursuant to the Dori Slosberg Driver Education Safety Act, FS 318.1215.
