Budget Office 1. Budget Amendment Recommendation: Requesting that the Board adopt a resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Budget. County Attorney 2. Interlocal Agreement with Panama City Beach Recommendation: Board to consider and adopt an interlocal agreement with Panama City Beach for enforcement of “Leave No Trace” ordinance in the unincorporated area of the beach. County Manager 3. County Manager Evaluation Format Recommendation: Approve the format and process for conducting the County Manager’s annual performance evaluation. Public Works 4. Scotts Ferry Road Improvements Project Recommendation: Board: 1) Award the Base Bid for the Scotts Ferry Road Improvements Project to North Florida Construction, Inc. in the amount of $1,149,501.12; and, 2) Authorize contingency and testing funds in the amount of $114,950.00 (10%). Sale of Abandoned Lift Station Parcel on Transmitter Road Recommendation: Board to declare the abandoned lift station parcel surplus and approve the sale of the parcel to adjacent property owners Mr. and Mrs. Shawn Gagnon, pursuant to Bay County Code.
Panama City Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement Recommendation: Board: 1) Approve the Inter-local Maintenance Agreement with Panama City for the maintenance of City traffic signals and school flashers; and, 2) Authorize the Chairman to sign the agreement. (Districts II & III)
