(District III) 6. FY15 Local Road Resurfacing Contract Award Recommendation: Board: 1) Award the FY15 Local Road Resurfacing contract (Exhibit 5) to C.W. Roberts Contracing, Inc. in the amount of $715,526.25 and, 2) Authorize contingency and testing funds in the amount of $71,600.00 (10%). (District III and V) 7. Magnolia Beach and Delwood Beach Multi-Use Path Contract Award Recommendation: Board: 1) Award the Magnolia Beach and Delwood Beach Multi-Use Path contract (Exhibit 2) to Gulf Coast Utility Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $808,754.50; and, 2) Authorize contingency funds in the amount of $40,400.00 (5%). Amendment #1 14-40 Trash Collection Services Recommendation: Board approve Coqui Disposal Services, LLC request for a 5% price increase and authorize the Chairman to sign Amendment #1 for the Trash Collection Services Contract.

PUBLIC HEARING Community Development Amendments to LDRs to Implement the Bay-Walton Sector Plan – First Reading Recommendation: Board to conduct a legislative public hearing to consider a proposal to amend Chapters 2 (Administrative Procedures), 3 (Zoning Administration, Table 3.1), and 16 (Bay-Walton Sector Plan Zones), and create a new Chapter 36 (Detailed Specific Area Plan Development Orders) to the Land Development Regulations to implement the Bay-Walton Sector Plan Element of the Comprehensive Plan.
Public Works Frank Hough Rd ROW Abandonment Recommendation: Board: 1) Conduct a public hearing to consider the abandonment of a portion of unopened right-of-way platted by virtue of deeds executed in 1963; and, 2) If approved, adopt a resolution to abandon; and, 3) Authorize the Clerk of the Court to record the resolution.
County Attorney Special Assessments for Delinquent PPP Payments Recommendation: Board to hold a public hearing and adopt a Final Resolution establishing Roadway Paving Improvement Assessments for properties with delinquent Participating Paving Program (PPP) payments.
