Hwy 390 Utility Subordinations to FDOT at 21st Court Recommendation: Board: 1) Review and sign the attached agreements and authorizing resolutions to subordinate its utility interests to Florida Department of Transportation near 21st Court and Hwy. 390; and 2) Authorize the Clerk of the Court to record the same. JPA with FDOT for Various ITS Improvements Recommendation: Board: 1) Approve the Joint Project Agreement (JPA) with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for the Construction of Various Intelligent Transportation System Improvements; and, 2) Authorize the Chairman to sign the agreement and resolution. (District I - V) Tourist Development 10. 5-year Extension of Master Services Agreements Recommendation: It is recommended by the Bay County TDC that the Board of County Commissioners approve and execute the 5-year Extension of Master Services Agreements with CB&I Coastal Planning and Engineering, Inc., F/K/A Coastal Planning and Engineering, Inc., and Preble-Rish, Inc., relating to Professional Coastal Engineering Services for Gulf Beach and Shoreline in Bay County, Florida (Exhibits 1 and 2).
2016 BCC Meeting Schedule Recommendation: Board review and adopt the meeting schedule for the 2016 calendar year; and give direction for the meetings that follow a holiday (Martin Luther King, January 19, Independence Day, July 5th and Labor Day, September 6th).
Add the definition of “Motorized Scooter” to the Land Development Regulations - Second Reading Recommendation: Board to conduct a second legislative public hearing to consider a proposal to add the definition of a "Motorized Scooter" to Appendix A of the Land Development Regulations.
LPA 15-07 Transmittal Hearing Recommendation: Board to conduct a public hearing to consider the transmittal of a proposed Comprehensive Plan text amendment to the Department of Economic Opportunity for analysis, Application No. LPA 15-07. The proposal amends Chapter 12A Airport Sub- Element to reflect the newly adopted Bay-Walton Sector Plan.

The 1.29+/- acre site is located on the west side of Fulton Street (at 1939 Fulton Street) approximately 310-feet southwest of its intersection with Herndon Lane, Southport area. (District IV) 15.
