Beach Vendor Ordinance Recommendation: Board to conduct a public hearing, consider and approve a proposed amendment to Chapter 5, Boats, Beaches and Water Safety, Article II, that would reduce the insurance requirement for beach vendors from $1,000,000.00 combined single limit per occurrence to $250,000.00 per occurrence with $1,000,000.00
Ordinance Requiring Identification for Alcohol on the Beach Recommendation: Board to conduct a public hearing, consider and approve an amendment to Chapter 3, Alcoholic Beverages that requires any person who possesses or consumes an alcoholic beverage on the beach have a photo ID in his or her immediate possession and to present it to law enforcement upon demand.
