The proposal prohibits hydraulic fracturing (fracking) in all future land use use categories in the County.
PZ 15-188 Fracking Amendment to LDR's - First Reading Recommendation: Board to conduct a legislative public hearing to consider prohibiting hydraulic fracturing (fracking) in the Bay County Land Development Regulations.
LPA 15-07 Adoption Hearing Recommendation: Board to conduct a public hearing to consider the adoption of a proposed Comprehensive Plan text amendment, Application No. LPA 15-07. The proposal amends Chapter 12A Airport Sub-Element to reflect the newly adopted Bay-Walton Sector Plan. to sign the resolution and other documents necessary to complete the transaction.
Bay Haven Charter Academy Bond Resolution Recommendation: Board to consider and adopt the attached authorizing resolution for the issuance of up to $5,500,000 (Series 2016) in conduit tax-exempt financing for the Bay Haven Charter Academy, Inc. Authorize the Chairman to sign the resolution and other documents necessary to complete the transaction.
