Item 1: Request: Submittal of the Minutes from the October 26, 2010 and January 19, 2011 Cabinet Meetings. Item 2: Request:Consideration of delegation of authority to the Commissioner of Agriculture, or his designee, to renew existing aquaculture leases by extending the term for an additional ten (10) years, on behalf of the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund (Board of Trustees), provided (a) the Board of Trustees has previously approved the use of the parcel for a specific aquaculture purpose; (b) the terms and conditions of the lease agreements remain the same; and (c) the requested action is not determined to be controversial or of heightened public concern.

Item 2: Request Consideration of: (1) an option agreement to acquire 172.4 acres within the Clear Creek/Whiting Field Florida Forever project from SSA Developers, LLC; (2) a request for authority to place a declaration of restrictive covenant against the property in favor of the United States of America, by & through the Department of the Navy pursuant to the memorandum agreement executed on September 29, 2006, amended May 21, 2007 & further amended October 1, 2009.
