UM IN THIS SITUATION WHERE WE HAVE, YOU KNOW, MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY LIKE MR CANTOR OR OTHER NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT STEP UP THAT CAN HELP THESE RESIDENTS OUT IF THEY DON'T HAVE INSURANCE, AND THAT THAT'S PRIMARY, PRIMARILY WHO SHOULD BE HELPING THEM AS A FAVOR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE SHOULD COVER THE REMOVAL OF THE DEBRIS.
