THE PROJECT IS CONSTRUCTION OF SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEM FOR THE DEER POINT PROTECTION ZONE. UM BEING OUR DRINKING WATER SOURCES TO HELP PREVENT NUTRIENTS FROM ENTERING THE WATER BODY. SO WE'RE ASKING THE BOARD TO APPROVE THE CONSORTIUM SUB RECIPIENT AGREEMENT FOR THE PROJECT. UM BETWEEN BAY COUNTY AND GULF CONSORTIUM AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT AND MAKE ANY NECESSARY MODIFICATION AS APPROVED BY THE COUNTY ATTORNEY. THANK YOU. TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT AND MAKE ANY NECESSARY MODIFICATIONS APPROVED BY THE COUNTY ATTORNEY. UH, THIS LINE IS GOING TO BE ON, UH, NORTH STAR AVENUE, AND IT'S GOING TO BE A CONNECTION BETWEEN 22 HIGHWAY, 22 AND 231 EVENTUALLY, SO WE WILL HAVE A 16 INCH WATER LINE THAT WILL PROVIDE US WITH RESILIENCY. UH, AND REDUNDANCY AND FIRE PROTECTION IN THE AREA THAT CURRENTLY DOESN'T HAVE ANY SO.

TREASURE CIRCLE IN A NUISANCE PROPERTY AS WELL AS A LIABILITY TO THE COUNTY. I HAVE RESEARCHED ALL THE COUNTY ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 17. I ENCOURAGE YOU TO LOOK BACK AT THIS. AS THEY VIOLATED NEARLY EVERY TENET OF IT. IN APRIL. 2023 I PROVIDED COMMISSIONER PEACE. A 16 PAGE TIMELINE WITH OVER 30 VIDEO CLIPS, DEMONSTRATING THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTY AS A NUISANCE. UH, IF COMMISSIONER P STILL DOES NOT HAVE THAT I'M HAPPY TO PROVIDE THAT TO ANYONE ELSE. WHY I DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT TIME TO DEMONSTRATE THE TRUE IMPACT OF THIS NUISANCE PROPERTY HAS HAD ON MY WIFE AND I SINCE THE FALL OF 2022, AS WELL AS THE OTHER NEIGHBORS DOCUMENTED WITHIN THE TIMELINE. AND WANT TO HIGHLIGHT THE FAILURES BOTH BY THE POLICE AND THE COUNTY. THE PROPERTY HISTORICALLY AND ACTIVELY CAUSES NEAR WEEKLY INTERRUPTIONS IN THE COMMUNITY'S LIVES, AS WELL AS VIOLATING PRIVACY BY TAKING AND PUBLIC PUBLICIZING DRONE FOOTAGE OF AREAS OF REASONABLE EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY. EVERYONE'S BACKYARDS FOR THEIR OWN PROFIT.
