THE FOLLOWING DAY, I SENT A POSTCARD TO THE PROPERTY OWNER DESCRIBING THE ACTIONS NEEDED TO BRING IT INTO COMPLIANCE. FEBRUARY 26TH, I INSPECTED THE PROPERTY. IT REMAINED IN VIOLATION. EVERYTHING WAS IN THE DRIVEWAY, STILL IN THE BACKYARD WAS STILL VISIBLE FROM THE STREET WITH THE FENCE EXPOSED, APPLIANCES HAD SOME JUNK, TRASH, JUNK. IT WAS HARD TO TELL WHAT IT WAS. A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING. HERE'S JUST A VIEW FROM THE STREET AGAIN ON THAT SAME DATE. HE HAS SOME CAR PARTS AND SOME OTHER PERSONAL, UNSCREENED PERSONAL PROPERTY. IN THE DRIVEWAY. THERE WAS ONE DERELICT VEHICLE WHICH I BELIEVE WAS GETTING THE ENGINE REPAIRED, BUT IT'S BEEN THAT WAY FOR QUITE SOME TIME. BUT THERE WAS ONE ALLOWABLE DERELICT VEHICLE IN THE DRIVEWAY. MARCH 12TH. I INSPECTED THE PROPERTY, REMAINED IN VIOLATION. THEY DID CLEAN UP THE DRIVEWAY A LITTLE BIT IN THIS PHOTO, BUT THE REMAINDER OF THE STUFF IN THE YARD WAS STILL OBVIOUS FROM THE STREET. ALL RIGHT. APRIL 1ST I RE-INSPECTED IT STILL REMAINED A VIOLATION. PERSONAL ON SCREEN. PERSONAL PROPERTY, TRASH AND JUNK. SOME CAR PARTS AND SOME VISIBLE STUFF IN THE DRIVEWAY. APRIL 2ND, THE FOLLOWING.
