AND THAT PHOTOGRAPH. AND THEN TO THE WEST SIDE OF MOBILE HOME APPEARS TO BE SOME JUNK AND TRASH IN THE BACKYARD OR BEHIND THE MOBILE HOME. ON THE APRIL 1ST AFTER THE 31ST OF MARCH IS RE-INSPECTION, I SENT A NOTICE OF VIOLATION NOTICE OF HEARING TO THE OWNER OF RECORD USING THE ADDRESS 112 ANDRE CIRCLE.
