WE'RE STILL WAITING ON THE ALUMINUM HANDRAILS TO COME IN, BUT ONCE THAT'S DONE, IT'S COMPLETE. SO THAT ONE TURNED OUT VERY WELL. BEACH ACCESS 19 WAS DONE. WE TOOK A MOVE, THE PUMP TRACK OUT OF THIS AREA AND MOVED IT TO A MORE CENTRALIZED AREA AWAY FROM, YOU KNOW, OF COURSE, THE MAJETTE TOWER ROAD AND MORE CENTRALIZED WITH THE OTHER BIKE STUFF. AND THEN IN ADDITION TO IT, WE ALSO ADDED A BATHROOM THAT'S UP IN THAT AREA WHERE IT SAYS PAVILION. WE ADDED A BATHROOM NEXT TO THAT. SO WHAT WE DID, WE MOVED THAT PAVILION AWAY ALSO FROM A JET TOWER ROAD, MOVING IT AWAY FROM THE RESIDENTIAL AND PUT IT MORE IN THE CENTER AND ADDED THAT BATHROOM UP BELOW IT, WHICH IS THE PAVILIONS NUMBER TEN AND THE BATHROOMS NUMBER 13, WHERE IT'S CLOSE TO THE PARKING AREAS. SO THAT WAS A CHANGE. AND THEN THERE WAS SOME COMMENTS MADE ABOUT THE STORMWATER POND AND THE FUTURE DEVELOPED AREA.
AND ONE OF THE THINGS WITH THE STORMWATER POND, WE DO KNOW FROM STAFF THAT THERE IS WATER ISSUES. THERE'S PONDING ISSUES WHERE THE POND IS LOCATED AT NOW. AND OF COURSE, WITHOUT GEOTECH WE REALLY DON'T KNOW IF A POND WILL WORK THERE UNTIL WE ACTUALLY HAVE GEOTECH ON THAT SITE AND HOW DEEP THE CONFINING LAYER IS WHAT'S GOING TO DICTATE A LOT OF THIS. SO I REDUCED THE SIZE OF THE POND BECAUSE WE REALLY JUST DON'T KNOW. I KNOW THE POND WAS A LOT BIGGER AREA ON THE MAY SITE PLAN. AND THEN, AS I MENTIONED, WITH THE PUMP TRACK, AND ALSO WE MOVED TO THE BMX TRACK WAS ACTUALLY LOCATED UP TO THE NORTH OF THAT 13. IT WAS LOCATED IN THAT FARMER'S MARKET ON THAT EDGE.
