FOLLOWING THE INSPECTION ON MARCH 3RD, I SPOKE WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER, MELANIE MCCLURE.
TRYING TO GET TO UNDERSTANDING WHAT PART THE INSURANCE COMPANY WAS PLAYING IN THIS. SHE INDICATED WITH THAT THEY COULD FIX THE FENCE AND I INDICATED THE FENCE REPAIR WOULD NOT RESOLVE THE VIOLATIONS. AND. THEN I SENT HER A NOTE AND AGREED THAT A NOTICE OF VIOLATION DETAILING VIOLATIONS WOULD BE THE BEST AT THIS TIME.
SO MARCH 11TH, WE INSPECTED THE PROPERTY FROM THE FRONT.
THE APPLIANCE IS GONE. YOU CAN STILL SEE THE ENGINE SITTING ON THE FRONT PORCH.

THE REGULAR NOTICE WAS NOT RETURNED. MARCH 15TH I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THE PROPERTY OWNER, DAVID MCCLURE. HE REQUESTED DETAILED EXPLANATION PROCESS OF WHAT THE VIOLATIONS WERE.
SO I DIDN'T RESPOND TO THE EMAIL BECAUSE JUST PRIOR TO THAT, TWO DAYS BEFORE THAT, I'D MAILED OUT THE NOTICE OF VIOLATION. MAY 1ST REINSPECTED THE PROPERTY. OH, I'M SORRY IT'S A LITTLE BLURRY, BUT YOU CAN SEE THE ENGINE AND THE UNSCREENED, UNUSED PERSONAL PROPERTY STILL REMAINS. SITTING ON THE FRONT PORCH DOWN THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE TO THE LEFT OF THE HOUSE, YOU CAN SEE THE JUNK AND TRASH THE OVERGROWTH.

COULD CAUSE WINDBORNE DEBRIS AND DAMAGE TO OTHER STRUCTURES DURING A STORM.
LOOSE MATERIAL ON THE ROOF. THERE'S A METAL PANELS ON THE BACK.
THERE ARE LOOSE AND NOT SECURED. AND THEN THERE'S THIS LARGE OCTAGON BUILDING THAT WAS CONSTRUCTED IN 21 WITHOUT ENGINEERING DESIGN PROFESSIONAL WORK PERMITS.
THAT HAS BEEN REPAIRED ON THE ROOF SINCE THE TORNADO, I BELIEVE.
IT WAS LIKE A CONTAINER FROM A TRUCK THAT WAS IN INVESTIGATOR HUBBARD'S PHOTOS.
BUT AS THEY SIT. UNFIT, UNSAFE, UNPERMITTED ACCESSORY IN THE BACK.

I'M GOING TO FIND THAT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2315 ALLISON AVENUE, IS IN THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF BAY COUNTY AND SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 17 OF THE CODE.THERE IS A VIOLATION OF 1702, IN THE FORM OF AN UNFIT ACCESSORY STRUCTURE.
UNFIT OR UNSAFE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE AND OVERGROWTH.
THE RESPONDENT SHALL HAVE A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS IN WHICH TO BRING THE PROPERTY INTO COMPLIANCE BY REMOVING ANY AND ALL UNDERGROWTH OR OVERGROWTH, AND ADDRESS THE UNFIT OR UNSAFE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IN THE FOLLOWING MANNER.
