APPRAISER'S ALSO SENT A CERTIFIED NOTICE AND REGULAR MAIL TO THE OCCUPANTS AND UNIT 410. THE RESPONDENT CERTIFIED NOTICE WAS DELIVERED TO THEM ON FEBRUARY THE 3RD AND THE OCCUPANTS CERTIFIED NOTICE WAS RETURNED UNCLAIMED. HOWEVER, IN BOTH CASES, REGULAR MAIL HAS NOT RETURNED.
