OCTOBER 27TH, INVESTIGATOR CLARK. LET'S GO WITH OCTOBER 14TH, INVESTIGATOR CLARKSON CONTACTED CAMPING WORLD GENERAL MANAGER BRIAN VOIGTS, AND WHO EXPLAINED THEY'D HIRED CONTRACTORS TO COMPLETE THE WORK TO BRING THE PROPERTY INTO COMPLIANCE.
HE WAS GIVEN A VERBAL NOTIFICATION AT THAT TIME TO CORRECT IN A TIMELY MANNER.
ON OCTOBER 27TH, WHEN THE PROPERTY WAS REINSPECTED, A NOTICE OF VIOLATION WAS SENT OUT REGULAR AND CERTIFIED MAIL TO THE PROPERTY OWNER USING THE ADDRESS LISTED ON THE BAY COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER'S DATABASE AND THE ADDRESS WAS 230 WOODLAWN DRIVE.
A NOTICE WAS ALSO SENT CERTIFIED REGULAR MAIL TO THE CAMPING WORLD BUSINESS ADDRESS AT 4100 WEST 21ST OR 23RD STREET, PANAMA CITY, FLORIDA. THE NOTICE WAS DELIVERED AT THE BUSINESS ON NOVEMBER 1ST AND WAS DELIVERED AT THE PROPERTY APPRAISER ADDRESS OF RECORD ON NOVEMBER 5TH OF 2025. OCTOBER 29TH, 2025.
BAY COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING MANAGER WAYNE PORTER EMAILED THE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FENCING AND LANDSCAPING TO PAUL BIRDSALL, THE DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES FOR CAMPING WORLD.
NOVEMBER 12TH, 2025 THROUGH FEBRUARY 2ND, 2026.
THE PROPERTY WAS REINSPECTED AND IT REMAINED IN VIOLATION.

THEN, MARCH 25TH, A COPY OF THE NOTICE OF HEARING WAS POSTED AT THE BAY COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER.
APRIL 2ND I RE-INSPECTED THE PROPERTY REMAINED IN VIOLATION.
BUT YOU SEE, THERE'S THE TRACTOR OUT THERE OR EXCAVATOR.
THEY HAD REMOVED THE PAVEMENT IN A LARGE AREA.
HE ADVISED THE IRRIGATION HAD BEEN COMPLETED.
LANDSCAPING SHOULD BE COMPLETED THAT WEEKEND, HOPEFULLY, AND THAT THE FENCE WILL BE INSTALLED.
HE'S GOING TO TRY TO HAVE EVERYTHING COMPLETED BEFORE THE HEARING, BUT WAS NOT SURE THAT IT WOULD BE ABLE TO BE COMPLETED BY THIS DATE. AND THAT CONCLUDES MY TESTIMONY AT THIS TIME. ALL RIGHT.
