PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE PROPERTY WERE INTRODUCED INTO EVIDENCE AS EXHIBIT A AND CONTAINED IN THIS CASE FILE. THESE ARE SOME OF THE PHOTOS I TOOK FROM ACROSS THE CANAL. AS YOU CAN SEE, THE. THE WHOLE BACK DECK IS GONE AND THEY GOT SOME STRUCTURAL ISSUES GOING ON THERE. ON SEPTEMBER 16TH, 2024, BUILDING INSPECTION WAS COMPLETED BY INSPECTOR SCOTT THORPE. AFTERNOON OR MINISTRY. HAD THE COLLAPSED FOUNDATION ON THE REAR DRIVEWAY WAS COLLAPSED. WATER FLOWING UNDERNEATH THE PROPERTY. JUST CRACKS EVERYWHERE. YOU CAN KIND OF GO THROUGH THEM REAL QUICK. CRACK SEPARATION AND THE PATIO. AND THEN THE STEM WALL IN THE BACK WAS FAILING. ALPHA FOUNDATION DID INSTALL PILOT PYLONS AROUND THERE. DID SOME JACKING OF IT. ON SEPTEMBER 19TH, 2024, NOTICE OF VIOLATION WAS SENT CERTIFIED IN REGULAR MAIL TO THE OWNER RECORD USING ADDRESS 431 WAHOO ROAD. THE CERTIFIED NOTICE WAS RETURNED UNCLAIMED. THE REGULAR MAIL DID NOT RETURN. ON FEBRUARY 6TH, 2025, A NOTICE OF VIOLATION NOTICE OF HEARING WAS SENT CERTIFIED REGULAR MAIL TO THE OWNER RECORD USING THE ADDRESS. 431 WAHOO ROAD. THE NOTICE WAS DELIVERED TO THE RESPONDENT ON MARCH 4TH, 2025. SO THIS APPARENTLY THIS WAS BROUGHT IN FROM LYNNHAVEN. WE. TONY AND I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE PROPERTY OWNER NUMEROUS TIMES, AND I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY EMAILS HAVE GONE BACK AND FORTH, JUST COMMUNICATION. YOU CAN SEE THE WALL FRAMING BEHIND IT AT THE BOTTOM BETWEEN THE CENTER AND PHOTO 29 IS ROTTED. DAMAGE TO THE FRONT OF THE MOBILE HOME, ALLOWING WATER TO PENETRATE INSIDE THE WALLS.

MORE DAMAGE TO THE ROOF LINE, AND THEY INSTALL FLASHING OVER A LOT OF WINDOWS BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT. THEY HAVEN'T BEEN RESEALED. DAMAGE UNDERNEATH. AGAIN, INSULATION AND UNDERLAYMENT HAS FALLEN DOWN. LEVELING BLOCKS ARE ROTTED AND BROKEN. DAMAGE UNDER THE WINDOW.
